We will prepare a variety of dishes, using fresh ingredients and exotic sauces and pastes which are readily available. Recipes may vary on the day. Some examples of the dishes that may be on the menu are: Fish Wing Noodle Soup, Malay Chicken Curry with Roti Cannai, Char Kway Teow, Stir Fried Kai Lan with Garlic Sauce, Beef Rendang and Stir Fried Radish Cake. White Sticky Rice with Gula Melaka Sauce, Black Sticky Rice and Kueh Talam are common sweets available at the Hawker stalls.
